Join Lara for transformational healing while hiking. During the summer and fall, we hike in the cool temperatures of the San Jacinto pine forest up the tram above Palm Springs. In the winter and spring, we hike in the lush Indian Canyon oasis or at the Coachella Valley Preserve or at Big Morongo Canyon Preserve.

I combine insightful and intuitive guidance as well as energy healing as I listen deeply to what I hear within that will be helpful to you as you transition to a more centered version of yourself.
